I do not do any sort of NFT/crypto commissions of any kind, do not inquire about them.

The prices listed are intended for personal use only, if commercial rights are required please let me know prior to starting to discuss pricing.

If you require your commission by a certain time or date please inform me when you initially inquire about the commission as there may be a rush fee and/or I will have to turn it down depending on the timeline.

If I have to do any major design work for your commission that will be a separate fee that will be discussed prior to starting.

You may request up to 2 changes per phase, free of charge (sketch and finished piece). Any additional changes will incur a fee, depending on the amount of additional work required.

Please be aware I have a RL job and obligations that can affect production time, I will let you know of any set backs but I thank you for your patience <3

I require half payment upfront after your commission is approved and invoice is sent (within 2 weeks). If not your slot will go to the next client. Following the sketch approval I will require the final half of the price paid.

Prices are listed in USD.

I only accept payment through either Kofi (when Kofi commissions are open and listed) or Paypal for payment (I will send you an invoice)

I will not start on any commission until I receive payment.

I own all rights over my artwork, this includes: The right to post any of my work on my portfolio/social media and stream the progress of the project. (If you need the commission to be secret/hidden until a certain date such as a debut please specify beforehand)

You may not alter, modify, trace use my artwork for AI/NFTs or edit my art work in any way.

Commissioner agrees to credit me whenever using the artwork.

The commissioner may use the commission piece for personal use only.

The commissioner can not use the artwork for commercial work/use (merchandise, resale, etc) unless an agreement has been made prior to starting the commission.

You may request a full refund at any time if I have not begun your commission. If the sketch has been drawn then only 50% will be refunded. No refunds will be offered following the sketch approval stage.

Any chargebacks done without communicating with me and/or when the commission is complete will result in the commissioner being blacklisted.

Full NSFW, Full Mechas, Full Furries, Older Characters, Overly Buff Characters, Backgrounds Only, Excessive Gore, Any Styles too different from my own illustration work.

I have the right to decline or cancel/refund a commission for any reason.

If I feel your commission is not within the scope of my drawing capabilities I will decline it.
